Cleaning and Maintenance Step 1: Ensure the machine and the drum is completely cooled Step 2: Unplug the power cord Step 3: Remove the front lid screw on the right side of the door to open the front lid Step 4: Use the brush to clean the roller, the inside of the machine body, and the coffee bean chaff in the chaff collection tray Step 5: Wipe the machine body dry with a dry cloth Cautions for cleaning 1. Please do not soak the product in water, or splash water on the product. Additional Information 1. Do not use this product outdoors. This product must be placed in a dry and well-ventilated environment and should be placed in an area with at least 20cm of clearance around the product. Stay 20cm (8 inches) of space around the sides and front of the roaster. 2. Please clear out the chaff after each use to avoid residual chaff from catching fire. 3. Clean the coffee oil collection tank periodically. 4. To have a clear view of the color change of coffee beans during roasting, please wipe the bean-viewing window on a regular basis. 1. Never leave the roaster unattended during use. Also, do not leave the roaster unattended after the cooling process has started. Keep your roasting time under 20 minutes a batch. 2. Ensure that the [A]Coffee bean inlet door, [B]Bean output door, and [D]Roaster bean tray are tightly closed when roasting. 3. In the event of an abnormality during roasting, turn off the power immediately. Open the door once the outer shell of the machine is completely cooled down. 4. If the Bluetooth is disconnected during roasting and the temperature of the machine is higher than the safety mechanism, the roaster will automatically shut down if the Bluetooth connection is not resumed within 30 seconds. 5. Do not use appliance for other than intended use. 6. Do not place this product on an uneven surface. To avoid fire, do not place the roaster on or next to non-heat-resistant, flammable materials, or next to flammables (such as curtains) or heat generating appliances, electric heaters, or gas stoves. 7. To avoid being burned, do not touch the machine body, and always wear gloves when using the roaster. 8. During the roasting process, it is normal for a small amount of smoke to emerge from the front door. 9. Unplug the machine before cleaning and wait for it to cool down to assemble or remove accessories. 10. Do not soak or splash water onto the product. Use water or neutral detergent when cleaning. 11. To avoid danger, do not use an extension cable or share power sockets with another appliance. 12. This appliance is not to be used by children, or around children, and should be stored somewhere beyond the reach of children. 13. To protect against electric shock, do not place or immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid. 14. Please ensure the power supply used is the same as the rated voltage marked on the product. Properly insert the plug into a power socket to avoid electric shock, short circuit, smoke, or fire. 15. Immediately stop using the power socket if it is damaged. Only resume use once it is repaired. 16. This product is for home use only not for commercial purposes.
